As a seasoned professional, licensed in New Jersey for over 30 years, I am aware of the nuances and constant changes in the industry. I received a Bachelor's degree from Montclair State University, a Master's degree from Seton Hall University, and studied in a doctoral program at Columbia University.
I currently teach new agents as a member and Co-Chair of the Real Source Orientation Committee, assist in planning workshops, roundtables and panels as a member of the Professional Development Committee, and work on course ideas for Continuing Education mandated by the NJREC.

I am a strong negotiator, having worked as a school administrator on large school district budgets and having negotiated with teacher and administrator unions. I am an available resource person, directing my customers to the proper parties for their questions or concerns if I am not able to answer the inquiries myself. Finally, I am well versed in Short Sales and will guide my buyers or sellers through the process.
My community involvement has been extensive in both Waldwick, the town where I currently live and had taught and supervised, as well as in Bergenfield where I served as a central office school administrator. I also serve in Allendale by assisting with coordination of events to raise awareness, money and food for charities such as the Center for Food Action. Personal Background. My advanced education and background have assisted me greatly in real estate. My primary role in education had been from the management perspective. I have dealt with diversity and am comfortable with all socio-economic groups. I possess the financial background to handle any real estate transaction with confidence, and the negotiating skills to attain the goal of home ownership. My enthusiasm, energy and tenacity are positive strengths in this people-oriented career.
